Mr. Arun K. Mago - A 1967 bath IAS officer, Mr. Mago is the former Chief Secretary of Maharashtra. He has been the past Chairman of the Mumbai Port Trust, Metropolitan Commissioner of the Mumbai Metropolitan Development Authority and Additional Municipal Commissioner of the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai. Mr. mago also serves on the Board of leading Indian Bank- "Yes Bank".

Mr. John J. McCloy II – Mr. McCloy belongs to a distinguished American family and has over 30 years of experience in private equity/ international financial markets.  He started career with Brown Brothers, Harriman & Co and later headed a private investment partnership between BBH and King Faisal-al Saud. He was a private equity investor in a firm and later lead that firm to a successful IPO. He is a Director at money manager with $2.5 billion in assets and is Managing Partner First New York LLC.  He has been a trustee of the American University in Cairo, is a Member of Council of Foreign Relations and American Council on Germany and on the advisory board of Princeton University.  Mr. McCloy has a BA from Princeton University

Mr. Ro Phansalkar – a pioneer in Indian private equity, Mr. Phansalkar has over 30 years of Wall Street experience.  He has been MD/ Partner at Bear Stearns & Shearson Lehman. In 1993, while at Oppenheimer & Co. Mr. Phalsalkar was Founding Chairman of The India Fund, a $510 M NYSE listed fund and Director of a $140 M India Private Equity Fund and later Vice-Chairman and CEO of Newbridge (India). He has also been Chairman and CEO of NASDAQ listed company and currently is Chairman & CEO RKP Capital. Mr. Phansalkar has a MBA, Harvard Business School.

Mr. R. K. Singh – Mr. Singh has been a senior beaurocrat and as an officer of the Indian Administrative Services (IAS) Officer has held positions as head of urban planning and entitlements in the city of Gurgaon and Dy. Director General of ‘Doordardhan” the national television channel of India. He was founder CEO of sports channel ESPN in India and CEO of Zee TV India. As a real estate promoter he has developed “Oritel” service apartments in Mumbai, an SEZ outside Mumbai and a destination resort spread over 3 locations. Mr. Singh has a MBA from the University of Leeds, UK.
