Mr. Ishan Singh, has been investing in Indian real estate since 1997 with experience in over 15 projects worth $140 million. He belongs to a old family of real estate owners / operators. Prior, he was President of EMR Technology Ventures, an outsourcing firm specializing in real estate back office work. VP, Head of Marketing & Investor Relations at WNS Global Services where he was responsible for transition from a captive of British Airways to a global outsourcing firm (NYSE: WNS). He spent 5 years with AXA Financial as an investment professional where he won several leadership awards.
He is the 5th generation of his family to graduate from St. Stephens College in India and was in the top 10% of all students in “Business Studies” in his A level equivalent in India. He holds an MBA (with commendation) from Manchester Business School (UK) and has attended real estate programs at New York University and Harvard Business School. Mr. Singh has served on the board of TiE New York, The Executive Forum and NetIP, Network of Indian Professionals, New York. He is a PADI Certified diver and a keen soccer fan.
